Chia Pet: A little-known plant from the Amazon is the ultimate stress reliever

Posted November 21, 2018 05:59:50 A little known plant from Brazil has the potential to boost your health, fight inflammation and relieve your stress.

Chia Pet, also known as cacti, is a type of perennial shrub that is native to the Amazon basin.

The plant grows on the tops of trees and shrubs, and is found throughout Brazil and the Caribbean.

It is the only plant in the world known to be native to a tropical rainforest, and it is used as a dietary supplement, an appetite suppressant and a treatment for arthritis.

Chias have been used for millennia in the treatment of a wide range of diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, epilepsy, diabetes, anxiety and depression.

But the plant has been under-utilised, with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classifying it as “endangered”.

“It is one of the least used medicinal plants in the World,” said Dr Marta Marín, from the Botanical Gardens of the National Museum of Botany, in Brazil.

“It’s a very neglected plant and unfortunately because it’s in the rainforest and it’s an endangered species, there’s no one there to help,” she said.

“So you have to do your own research.”

Dr Marín’s research revealed that Chias can help reduce inflammation and reduce anxiety and stress in the body.

“You don’t want to be on the edge of your seat when you’re feeling really stressed or really anxious or really worried,” she explained.

“I found that it can calm down the nerves that are causing you to have these symptoms.”

Dr Márcia Martins studies on Chias medicinal properties have revealed that it could help reduce the symptoms of anxiety, depression, arthritis and arthritis-related pain.

“Chias extracts have been shown to relieve inflammation in the brain, and also in the muscle and tendon tissue and also the nerves,” Dr Martins said.

“They reduce the pain caused by arthritis, arthritis-linked pain, arthritis, and other disorders, and in this case, in the form of joint stiffness.”

The research found that the Chias extract has been shown in animal studies to improve symptoms of arthritis, including joint stiffness, muscle stiffness and inflammation.

Dr Marin said there are also many potential applications for Chias in the medical field.

“Because of its low toxicity, it can be used as an adjuvant to other medications and it can also be used to treat diseases that affect the nervous system, such as Parkinson’s disease,” she noted.

Dr Maitland added that Chia pet can also help people cope with the flu.

“This plant is very potent, but it’s not a very effective way to treat influenza,” she told ABC News.

“They have a very long lifespan and they’re also highly toxic and can cause severe side effects if they are ingested or smoked.”

But if you have an allergic reaction to the Chia, it is really a natural alternative to all of these medications.

“Dr Martins also said that Chios was very popular as a food.”

A lot of people have the idea that Chiolos are the best of all the vegetables and Chias are actually really good at making a lot of things,” she added.”

There are a lot more vegetables out there than we thought.

“Dr Marcio Marinho, from Brazil’s Institute of Plant Science and Management, said Chias could be a good source of calcium for those suffering from osteoporosis.”

Dr Hernán Marinho is from the International Society of Microbial Pathogens Research.”

There is also some evidence that Chiac is a good food for people suffering from arthritis.”

Dr Hernán Marinho is from the International Society of Microbial Pathogens Research.

He said the Chios extract was very useful in preventing the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in humans.

“When you take Chios, it prevents the growth of these bacteria, which is a big advantage because it protects us against infection,” Dr Hernan said.

The Chios plant has the ability to suppress the growth and growth of bacteria.

“In this way, it inhibits the development and multiplication of antibiotic resistant bacteria, because those bacteria can’t grow and multiply,” Dr Maitlands said.

He also said the plant could help combat depression and anxiety.

“What I like about Chias is that it reduces the symptoms caused by anxiety,” Dr Miguel Marinho told ABC’s Good Morning Australia.

Dr Miguel said it was important to understand the plant’s therapeutic properties.””

So if that’s the case, you can take this with a glass of Chias tea.”

Dr Miguel said it was important to understand the plant’s therapeutic properties.

“People tend to think that the more you eat, the more health you’re going to get, and that’s not
